Our History
In Umbria Region, so called “the green heart of Italy”, at about 6 kms from Assisi town, the is a place called, not by chance, “Paradise”. Located at 650 mts height, overlook a wide valley, north of Monte Subasio Park, place very much loved by S.Francis, and inhabited, those times,by numerous hermits. From this position you can enjoy a 360° wide view on the heights of the Umbrian Marchigian Apennins from where, every morning, the Sun blesses every new day. (read more)

Organic Farmhouse
We produce cereals and legumes, including spelt, varieties of ancient grains, chickpeas and lentils.
The cereals are transformed into flour with a stone mill, using a natural method and a slow processing is produced the pasta in different sizes.
