The Farm
The farm is part of an organic farm, we produce cereals and legumes, including spelt, varieties of ancient grains, chickpeas and lentils. The cereals are transformed into flour with a stone mill, using a natural method and a slow processing is produced the pasta in different sizes.
Paradiso41 offers the possibility to visit the places of interest nearby, to relax immersed in the green Umbrian countryside, to walk along the paths of the estate.
You can immerse yourself in the beautiful natural pool and taste the cuisine of Maya, organic products of the farm, vegetables from our land and local farmers.
